Sea Earth career In-house training:
We Arranges & Conducts the following Trainings in virtual mode and out-of-station training:
STCW-10 Trainings (Basic Safety Training): – The Five elements BST courses are mandatory for crew who has been selected to work onboard ship.
- PST– Personals Survival Technique Trainings
- PSSR- Personals Safety and social Responsibility Trainings
- EFA– Elementary first aid Trainings
- FPFF– Fire Prevention and fire fighting Trainings
- STSDSD- Ship Security Awareness Trainings Security Awareness Training and Seafarers with Designated Security Duties: these courses are mandatory training for crew who have been selected to work onboard ship.
- Crowd Management Training: This is a mandatory training for crew who has been selected to work onboard ship.
- Personal Survival Craft & Rescue Boat: This course can be arranged according to Client requirements.
- Advanced Fire Fighting: This course can be arranged according to Client requirements.
- Ship Security Guard & Anti pirates Course: an in-house course for recruits who will work onboard ships, conducted once a Client confirms acceptance.
- Marlins English test: The Marlins test is mandatory for all candidates for the sea, but is administered only to those whom we identify as having the potential to be employed onboard ship.
c. Ship Orientation Course: an in-house course for recruits selected for position other than security.
